Score: 40–60
I

Basic organisation and documentation in place. The company has demonstrated foundational governance and documentation practices.

VERIFIEDIIVSIVSI LEVEL II

VSI Verified

Score: 60–75
II

Validated consistency across governance, AI claims, and documentation. The company's claims have been independently verified.

Growth-stage companies seeking credibility with sophisticated investors.

VSI Investment Ready

Fully prepared and structured for capital engagement. The company is ready for institutional investor due diligence.

INSTITUTIONALIVVSIVSI LEVEL IV

VSI Institutional Ready

Fully aligned for institutional-grade engagement. The highest level of VSI certification, reserved for companies that meet the most rigorous standards.

Companies targeting sovereign funds, pension funds, and tier-1 institutional capital.

Validates the technical reality of AI claims. Ensures the company's AI is real, substantive, and defensible.

VSI Readiness Score

Validates institutional preparedness. Ensures governance, documentation, and data room meet institutional standards.
